[ms office - 2016] Outlook - Dedicated Mailbox Sent email wrong mailbox (office 365)

Hi.

 

We moved from onsite exchange to O365 and a user has access to a second mailbox (not shared)

 

When sending an email from the second mailbox its going in to the users own sent items rather than the second mailbox.

 

Is there a way of getting sent emails on the right mailbox?

You need to convert the mailbox to a shared mailbox and enable Message Copy.
