Register auto or pre-fill

I am managing attendance using SIMS. We keep getting random registers that appear to have been completed in advance. The teachers are not doing it - how could it be happening? The marks are not always the same, they look like they have been completed as normal, but they haven't!

you can create a report in SIMS to identify who filled them in and when. (Recorded By, Recorded On)

 

l Data area: Student - Population: On rolll Data Fields: for lesson marks of each student where Date is 7 Nov 2019: Mark, Date, Comments, Minutes Late, Class, Subject, Teacher, Room, Recorded By, Recorded On, Period Description, Dayl Filter Students where: Forename is '' [?] "Forename " and Legal Surname begins with '' [?] "Legal Surname begins with"l Use the default sort order: Surname, Legal Forename
