Hi all, some more info:

 

Lourdes IT are a not for profit IT Support Team in Redditch near Birmingham. We have just moved into our own building with a great workspace, training space and break out area.

 

We support 20+ schools and growing. We provide onsite support, a helpdesk, manage broadband. That we provide over an MPLS and provide SIMS support.

 

There will be 13 of us on the team - all at different levels and it is a really fun place to work.

 

2x first lines - working across our sites supporting schools. We actively promote from within so a great starting point.

 

2nd line technician - join our existing 2nd line team based in our brand new offices, a great next step for first lines.

 

Deputy IT Services Lead - help me manage the team, our schools and lead on technical projects.
