Loads chrome cast devices unmanaged

Supporting a school that have 20 odd chrome cast devices bought and registered over an expansive period of time.

 

Supporting one of uncovers that it was registered under a previous tech google account. As to get more control over all of them rather than just factory reset this one and register it again under a random account I wondered Can these devices be centrally managed in the same way a chrome book can.
