Form Teacher Name on Report

So I generated Assessment Reports on SIMS as usual.

Didn't notice that 4 of the Form Teacher names had been replaced by another teacher's name.

 

Looked at the pastoral structure and noticed that 4 of the classes had this new teacher name assigned as a supervisor.

 

Removed the assigned supervisor. Saved the structure - which it seems is only active from today.

 

I thought regenerating the reports would solve the Form Teacher labelling but when I preview the report the rogue name is still there. ( I can't export fully to check if this does anything - because this does not work on my home system)

 

It doesn't seem like the FT name is date related.

Any thoughts or suggestions welcomed.....

Have you checked effective dates? Is it the case that you've removed the teacher from the form now, but they still have ownership of it in the date range being considered by the Individual Report?

Thanks for the reply. It turns out that when I was trying to change "Class Teacher" at home I wasn't getting the menu that I got when I tried it again in school. This did indeed contain a date section which I was able to set from today so it picked up the new pastoral structure.

 

I was a bit surprised that it seems impossible to go back and change pastoral structure "historically". - it seems that even if it is wrongly set up it can only be changed from the current point on.
