Double Chrome Icons on Taskbar

Hi,

 

Experiencing this recently, two chrome icons are appearing on my users taskbar.

 

I know I can delete them, but is there a way to do this for multiple users in a domain?

 

Anyone know why this is happening now, is it the version of chrome that is causing this?

I am using Chrome on Windows 10 Education (18362.365)

 

 

I don't get two Chrome icons.

I've known It happen when someone signs into chrome and then when they sign out, they become a "guest" which makes 2 Chrome icons appear for some reason. I don't think this happens in the later versions of Chrome.
