Hi

For 2 days so far I have experienced WAgent error that says: Could not assign group by configured rule, there is no defualt default agent set

Which has caused the whole school to revert to Student filtering

We have 2 sites (Primary and my secondary school) liked to Netsweeper and from what I gathered SBB advised the support company at the primary school to seperate the filtering groups between primary users and secondary users so seperate rules could be applied but this was done without my knowledge!

Cut a long story short Primary site works fine and my site does not.

I have requested SBB to revert all settings back to as it was, first line support is not sure what the issue is and I myself is trying to understand how Netsweeper / WAgent works to communicate to see if there's anything my side.. as far as I know we updated our Wildcard SSL for our domain services (Activesync, remote access etc), would LDAP be effected by an expired SSL cert that would make WAgent stop working? (in case its a co-incidence and not SBB changing group settings?)

Also looking at my Sync settings on Netsweeper the directory settings differ:

One goes to CN=Fortigate and mine goes to CN=Netsweeper .. I wonder why there is a difference?

Any advice greatly appreicated!

ok figured out the CN=Netsweeper settings, thats the user we create and assign to connect from AD > Netsweeper .. so just how the user was named when the filter was setup...

So, I can't see any logs or settings in Sync that would point me to where its going wrong though...
