RDS Licenses

Hi All,

 

We have a remote app/desktop setup to provide staff remote access. Broker/Host is Server 2019 with gateway in 2012 R2.

 

Have noticed something odd in the licensning(we have per user licensing), users are taking up two licenses. So for example bob.smith is assigned one license, but there will then be another one for Bob.Smith issued as well with the firstname/surname capitalised.

 

Any ideas on this, I'd rather not keeep having to reset the license database.
