Block MS logins except ours

Anyone know if it's possible anywhere along the chain to block the students logging in to Microsoft accounts online unless they end with our domain? We have at our disposal AD, Impero, Netsweeper, and AzureAD syncing. We block outlook.com anyway so they can't use their own email, but they can use our OWA.
