When people are trying to open links etc within outlook 2016 they are unable to as it has a pop up saying windows out of momory or resources. thought it might be an issue with ram so tried it on my machine and is saying the same thing. tried it on the windows 7 test pc and works fine so is this just an issue with windows 10 devices and any suggestions

What type of network cards are in the pc's? I had a problem with an intel driver on my machine where it would eat ram but task manager wouldnt reveal what was using the ram.

It's a long shot though.

Have you tried disabling hardware acceleration? maybe it means video memory...

Another thing that *might* cause issues like that is a Kerberos ticket size being over the configured max - although I would expect that to be worse on Win7 than 10 so can probably discount it for the time being.
