Hi all,

We have 2 jobs going, a first and a second line IT Technician. We are a not for profit team, part of Our Lady of Lourdes MAC but providing support to many schools in Worcestershire, and growing fast.

1st Line IT Technician: £19,049 - £19,430

 

Join our team of proactive onsite support technicians – delivering hands on support and guidance to our schools. Customer service skills are essential in this role, as well as a friendly, can do attitude. You will be supported via our 2nd and 3rd line support teams.

 

2nd Line IT Technician - £21,589 - £24,158

 

Our 2nd line team continues to grow. Based out of our brand new offices in Redditch, you will work on the helpdesk, and onsite when required, to deliver support and resolve issues. You will also work on projects and support our 1st line team.
