Google Chrome DNS resolution

I have an internal site (Office Web Apps server) that should also be resolvable externally. Internally, I can resolve the site in either Edge or IE without issue, however if I try and resolve it in Google Chrome, it doesn't find it.

 

I've disabled Net Prefetch and QUIC through GPO, cleared system DNS cache, browser history as well as cache using net-internals

 

I'm stumped as to what is causing this, and how to resolve it

What error does Chrome sho you - just name cannot be resolved or is it a proxy message about not being able to resolve the name?
