iOS Files app MDM configure smb

Has anyone managed to MDM configure (Managed App Config) the apple files app (com.apple.DocumentsApp) to connect to an smb share?

 

iOS 13 is relatively new so the settings may not be in place yet, or at least documented.

 

The idea is to be able to natively backup photos / documents without a third-party app.

I would very much doubt as of now that Apple would let you configure the correct SMB prefs in the Files App in iOS, they would likely allow 3rd party developer apps e.g. Documents. File Explorer to do this.
