USB/Audio front panel

We have some Very-PC flex PCs way, way out of warranty and some delightful person has managed to damage the headphone socket on the front panel.

 

@VeryPC is it possible to get spares of this USB/Audio block?

 

Or if anyone else can point me in the direction of a source.

According to this post the Very PC Flex case is an Avance H100.

 

I had a quick Google, but couldn't find anywhere selling parts for this case.
