Onelan Time Sync

Can someone help me i am getting so fed up with the onelan boxes.

 

We have three in the atium and they are time synced to a server etc.. however they still go out of sync at times and it is getting on my nerves.,. there must be a way to sync all three boxes to play the content at the same time .. does anyone know how to achieve this.. i know you can sync many boxes to feed a display wall so there must be a way of doing this that i am missing.
