Outlook Prompt for password

Hi Everyone

 

I've had a request from a school head asking for Outlook to prompt users for a password upon opening the software after initial login to the computer.

 

So far i have set these policies below without success. This has been asked for in relation to the latest security policy from Blackburn LA and saving passwords in Browsers. The head wants to include Outlook.

 

Has anyone achieved this?
