[1903, au] Intel drivers not installing

I am have an issue were Intel graphics drivers are not installing by default with 1903. I am also unable to install the drivers form the Intel website as it says that the system is not up to requirements.

 

Please could some one say how they have installed the Intel HD 620 drivers for Windows 10?
