Im trying to access this website https://www.schoolextranet.stockton.gov.uk

 

We're having no joy here, and was wondering if you could try from your school network.

 

If any of you had to configure the cachepilot can you point me in the correct direction.

AAAAhaaa think I may have found the problem, which is sat next to the cachepilot... NM had not installed the new one that we took delivery over a month ago!! excellent

No you have to reconfigure it from scratch again. And possibly redo your DNS pointers.

 

On the plus side AD intergration is a peice of pish... unless you have 2 domains in which case it can get extreamly messy. Its to do with netbios names only allowing 20 charachers - your admin domain name + usernames must not exceed 20 charachers or else it wont work. eg DFE4545Joe.Bloggs is vailid DFE4545JoeIveGotASillyLongName isnt.
