MyConcern running slow

Is any one else having problems with MyConcern running slow when accessing or loading data?

 

We are currently finding it almost unusable.

Yes although haven't log a call about it so be worth calling and seeing if any issues. No staff have mentioned it but I have noticed when updating users etc

Thanks for the reply I have got a call logged with them and they have had a look but might be worth you logging it as well.

Yes several staff saying it is slow here too. Will log a call.
