Moving partition to another Virtual disks

I've made a slight Boo Boo when setting up a VM and created two partitions on the same Virtual Disk in Windows 2012. C:\ being first and E:\ being second. I now am running out of space on C:\ and cant expand it as its not at the end of the virtual disk.

 

Is it possible to move E:\ to another Virtual disk (Create a Virtual disk in Vsphere) and then move E:\ to there? And then im able to expand C:\
