Certificate Authority migration 2012 to 2019

I am looking at this and it looks straightforward.

However in practice these things create glitches. Only see a rollback in putting the CA back on the original 2012 vm is this the rollback?

What happens when I uninstall the CA and then get to a stage where there is an issue after migration? Will this affect users if it goes wrong? I see issued certificates and there are only a couple that are due a request in the next few days. Would this be a premier support ticket and a couple of users will only be affected.

I am weighing up if I need to bring in the outside support.
