Search contact lists in office365 webmail disappeared

In office365 webmail, it used to be the case when you pressed TO: in a new email, it opened a layer where you could query all the different contact lists including distribution lists.

 

Now that action only shows your personal contact list and the other functionality is nowhere to be found.

 

It's a problem if you don't know the exact name of a distribution list. The autosearch only works now if you start typing the name correctly.
