Wifi "Extenders" are the things I hate, terrible things imo! Costs a good part of £50 to do it properly via a PowerLine adapter and a another router.

 

Everytime I've come across people using any kind of wireless extenders they seem to cause issues more than not with packet drops and more, pile of carp and I especially wouldn't trust one from Aldi!

i hate them things , more than i hate plug sockets with built in usb charge points, why? because they are always live and since there is no official standard on how to build the usb bit they are IMHO a fire waiting to happen as for wifi just sort it out properly wit ha decent repeater or access point
