WSIM broken and need KB4497935 to fix it

There is a known issue with the 1903 wsim and it won't let you create a catalogue from the win 10 media.#

From what i have read the KB4497935 will fix this issue but ms aren't send it out on server 2016 updates.

 

Does any one have access to this kb they can share as i need to image a load of pcs urgently and this is stopping us as i need to alter the answer file.
