Please check a website for me

Morning all,

 

Sophos is blocking this .gov website and warning of a SSL error https://efa-information-exchange.education.gov.uk When I check the cert on https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html#hostname=https://efa-information-exchange.education.gov.uk it says I may need to install an intermediate certificate.

 

I'm not about to install certs for every website I come across with errors so what's the best course of action?

Looks like you might be using an old website link as it's redirecting to another page for me, which would explain any SSL errors

 

Try https://interactions.signin.education.gov.uk ?

Thanks both. I've asked the office to check if https://interactions.signin.education.gov.uk is indeed the correct site but waiting to hear back, but from the look of it I think it will be.

Absolutely! I didn't hear anything back from the office so I guess the new address worked.

It works fine for me, we have Sophos and Intercept X at the desktop, but filtering is not with them.
