[1903] Remove Office Links on Start Layout

I have used a script to remove all unwanted apps for all users, the only thing I haven't managed to get rid of is the links on the start layout for office online. I know I can click 'unpin' but it'll still apply these shortcuts to each user.

 

Does anyone know how I can remove these permanently? I would specify a start layout myself but i'm in a bit of a transition so don't want to mess up what people already have.
