Anothername Posted August 23, 2019 Posted August 23, 2019 Hi all, Just trying to get my head around Windows 10 and elevating privileges and wonder if anyone can help. Our network is pretty locked down and things like teamviewer and LogMeIn123 is blocked by the firewall. I can log on as an admin and access those sites, but how do I elevate the users account with my admin password to allow access to teamviewer or Logmein123 which is online. For example a company needs to remote into the workstation while the standard user is logged in and while they have the problem program open. Can I just open Chrome with the Run as administrator? Will it ask for a password to elevate it to allow me to open Logmein123? Not sure if this all makes sense. Thanks for any help or info.
