Fronter shibboleth error

Is anyone else having this problem? The students and teachers are not able to login in and when they do they are automatically logged out again. This will either divert them to the login screen again or a shibboleth error page.

 

The year 11's are on study leave and need access to Fronter but cant as they keep getting kicked off.

 

Just wondering if anyone else in London is experiencing this problem

If you have not already could you possibly call the help desk and register this issue so that one of our technicians can investigate it as we are unaware of this problem and need to resolve it urgently.
