Update from Google on the GCDS issue.
This issue is actually caused by an Google API change. GCDS is impacted by that change.

The fix has been made and is waiting testing and production rollout. The engineering team estimate the fix will be live by the end of this week.

Is it worth even removing the added line? Adding the maxResults line didn't seem to change any actual functionality or speed.

The Google engineer I chatted to said it wouldn't affect the functionality of GCDS so I am going to keep it in my XML file.

I had the same issue. They had me add the line highlighted in red below to my XML file.

       YourDomain
       apps
       OAUTH2
       200

Thanks for this - helped us out!

Add me to the list of people who registered on this site purely to say "Thank you". This couldn't have happened at a worse time, as we are getting new staff and students created for school starting in 6 days. Crazy. So, again, thanks for posting this out someplace for all to benefit.

Thanks for the tip!!!

Just a quick note to say we received the following update from Google, saying the underlying problem has now been fixed. We removed the temporary workaround from our xml file, and their permanent fix seems to work ok.

From Google...

"The issue with maxResults for Admin SDK has been resolved for all affected

users as of Friday, 2019-08-09 13:00 US/Pacific."

+1 for Google. Ok, they broke it, but they provided a workaround quickly, then fixed and tested it before releasing the fix. The notified you once fixed. Forget ITIL, follow this route and you've a darn good chance of keeping your customers onside.
