Terminal Login - Not logging in with Admin Rights?

Hope someone can help.

 

When i log into our terminal services server as domain admin all is ok....

When i log into the server as myself i am restricted ?

My user account is in the same group as Administrator (users)

I am a member of the same groups as the adminsitrator?

I can log onto all the other servers with admin rights as me...

As the server is a terminal server do things have to be done slightly differently with TS enabled??

Looks like here is my problem:

Group Policy loopback processing mode Enabled

Mode: Merge

 

There was no solution in the other post, can anyone suggest anything please?

Are you in the remote desktop users usergroup?

 

Is the following GPO set?

 

Computer Configuration - Windows Settings - Security Settings - Local Policies - User rights Assignment

"Allow log on through Terminal Services"

Also make sure you've actually allowed connections to access the server desktop, rather than just published applications. The setting is in the RDP/ICA connection properties in the Terminal Services Configuration MMC.

Thanks for the repies, i am in the remote group, our "Terminal Service Users gpo was un-set in the setting you mentioned:

 

Default:

On workstation and servers:

Administrators

Remote Desktop Users.

 

Ive added myself to this group, but no joy, im pretty sure its the loopback as it ignoring the user settings..
