MSCONFIG and Safe Mode - PIN/Password aaargh

Trying to fix a computer by loading it into Safe Mode by ticking Safe Boot in Msconfig

 

Previously logged in via PIN

 

Now when loading Safe Mode it wants a password which has not been used for a long time and forgotten

 

Now What ??!!

Replace utilman with cmd if you can boot from win10 media and press F10.

I believe you still have to enter a password in RE to make changes .... ?

 

Thankfully the old password has been found, so problem over
