GroupCall On Demand??

We are considering Groupcall on Demand as an option for moving forwards and eliminating the headache associated with importing data from various sources.

 

Just curious if anyone is using this and how you got along with it, particularly if you encountered any resistance / anxieties from the schools about how their data may be stored?

We use XoD for MIS exports here, overall its a nice ' one and done ' hosted solution.

 

I didn't get any resisitance, the request to use XoD came from a third party then I was asked to assist with the sync.

Have used GroupCall XoD from both sides and have found them a pleasure to work with. Have nothing but good things to say about both the product and support offered.

Groupcall Xporter is what we use. Only had issues the once with a new SIMs server getting stuff moved across, but they did it and did a good job of it. I remember a bit of hassle initially getting in touch with them and getting a callback.

Hi there.

 

Are you a vendor or school/MAT?

 

If the former, yes and we have an API layer for you to interact with, and there is a sandbox you can Dev against.

 

If the latter, no - vendors of software you are using will do the bit above for you. All you need to do is authorise them to take your data which is all done in platform via step by step wizards - all very user friendly.

We are a vendor, and I know this isn't the first time my company has looked at GroupCall on Demand, however this is the first time for myself to investigate available options.

 

I'm happy to go through the usual sales channels to find out more, or set up a call with yourself (if available). Myself and the commercial manager are considering options a bit more seriously now, so we would likely have a barrage of questions for you! Do let me know.
