Multiple Boot Manager entries in UEFI - MDT

Hello, I am finding when I reimage a computer using MDT it creates a duplicate boot manager option in the UEFI BIOS, then on next boot, which is midway through the task sequence, it tries to boot from there and fails. Can I stop this somehow? I feel something in the BIOS is enabled as it’s only just started happening on some new machines.
