Google payments is enabled for the account yet still can't make any purchases on Yotuube. I can't find any information on GSuite education accounts being blocked for purchase in YouTube and hence posting here for confirmation. When using Internet Explore I get below error Purchases are not available You can't make purchases on YouTube with your Google Apps for Education account. But on Chrome a different error comes up. Your account is not enabled for making purchases.

If it isn't listed, you will need to add it by clicking on Add Services. https://admin.google.com/ac/appslist/additional

I can purchase movies and other content through Google Play, but not directly through YouTube when using my G Suite Edu account. Are you able to do the same in Google Play? YouTube Google Play Thanks for the confirmation. I have turned on Google Play, but it is taking time to take effect. My user want to buy a documentary from YouTube, I don't think it can be purchased via Google Play.
