Ok guys, odd one

 

We have blocked access to settings for the standard user by default.

 

We have a couple of users (laptop users) that want to connect to Bluetooth devices such as portable speakers etc. They can't do this because of the block on settings.

 

Can anybody suggest any fixes/workarounds that don't involve allowing settings?
