Strange Printing Issue

Our business office uses a USB shared printer that prints portrait from all apps except for Chrome, and no matter what we do in Chrome, it prints all requests in landscape, no matter what site, from emails to reports from our financial system. No settings were changed, all driver settings are set to portrait. Any thoughts?

Just a couple of thoughts!

 

Have you tried reinstalling chrome?

 

What happens when you print from chrome but open the dialog with CONTROL + SHIFT + P rather than just Control + P ?

Can you change preferences here and will it print in portrait~?

Are you setting the orientation in the printer defaults of the advanced tab in the printers properties?
