[1809, ou] Redirection issue

Our users have the home folder set on their account to map a network drive, which works. I have then set the Documents redirection to "Redirect to the user's home directory". It doesn't work. No redirection, not even appearing in the gpresults wizard. The strange thing though is that I have set "Music", "Videos" and "Pictures" to "Follow the documents folder" and these do get redirected to the network drive. Now if they are following the documents folder and are pointing to the correct place, how come the "Documents" stays pointing locally with no errors in any log anywhere?

Windows failed to apply the Folder Redirection settings. Folder Redirection settings might have its own log file. Please click on the "More information" link.

Not a lot of use.....

Solved.

 

I disabled Offline files manually, rebooted and then my "Documents" pointed at my home drive. I have now turned Offline files back on and it is still working. Go figure........
