Adobe SSO

Hello

 

I'm in the process of setting up our Adobe shared devices licencing - I've setup SSO through our Azure portal but when I launch an app it asks me to login and send the user to our login page.

 

Is this correct???

 

My only other experience with sso is with Office 365 were the only time you input your credentials is at the initial windows login and when accessing any Office applications the authentication is handled in the background for you.

The redirect URL for the Adobe app is their homepage on the docs, seems odd rather than pointing to login.

 

Let me know if you hit 400 errors on sign in as there's a fix for Azure SSO depending on what strength certificate you use.

Thanks for the quick reply - I've probably not explained it very well! The user clicks on the app and the abode sign in page pops up asking for a user name and password so i'm putting in the email and it redirects me to the following page:

 

I put in the email address and it logs in without any issue. Just wondering if there is a way to stop users having to put in their credentials.

What authentication do you have set up for Office 365? If it's ADFS you should get SSO, same for Pass-through auth with Seamless SSO enabled.

I've set it up using the Azure Portal but I do have ADFS on prem.

I've just changed it from Azure to use ADFS - once I click the icon for the software it asks me to login so I pop my email address in and it logs me in no problem this time no redirect and no need to add it in again.

 

Is there anyway to configure so there is no need for the user to input their email address?

You might be able to generate a Smart Link for it

You need to enter the domain for your UPN. You cannot bypass it within Adobe 2019 apps like MS Office apps.
