SCDPM - Reporting Services Cannot Connect To The DPM Database

Since upgrading from DPM 2016 to DPM 2019 we are no longer able to schedule a report such as the Tape Library report so we have to run them manually.

 

We had to upgrade SQL from SQL 2012 to SQL 2016 before we upgraded to DPM 2019 as SQL 2012 is not compatible with it and it may be in this area that the problem lie!

 

Here's the error message we get when trying to schedule a report:

To upgrade SQL from 2012 to 2016 you have to uninstall and re-install DPM so the above 'fix' to uninstall and reinstall has technically already been done. When I replicate our DPM install from scratch on a test server the same thing happens and the reporting doesnt work so I have clearly missed something somewhere so need some help to point me in the right direction!
