O365 Forms - Working?

Just a quick sanity check, can anyone check they still have access to Forms via O365? We did, we use it quite a lot but suddenly everyone is getting account not enabled errors even though the license is still there. Just wondering if it is a bug and wider than us or if it is just our tenant.
