Groupcall Messenger not working

Suddenly I have an issue with machine not allowed us to send messages via Groupcall messenger.

 

The box shows to type text but we are unable to type it in. Groupcall have said it must be a setting on the PC but nothing has changed recently and its been working fine for years.

 

Anyone had/have this issue?
