Youtube Approvers bar disappeared

We use Youtube with G Suite and have an OU in G Suite that contains our users who can approve videos. Since Friday these users no longer get the blue bar to enable them to approve videos. Over on Google+ someone said this is due to the new polymer layout and if we added "&disable_polymer=true" to the video URL then we would get the blue bar back. This does work but I wondered if anyone else was having the same issue?

 

Can those with G Suite and approvers set up just test and let me know please?

Put &disable_polymer=true at the end of the URL to get it back. I'm speaking to my Google contacts about this.
