IIS + FTP

I want to set up a FTP site where users can just upload a couple of files. But i would like approximately 20 -30 users to access their files only. I have tried to create folders but when other users login they can access other folders on the FTP site. Is there away that i can set the FTP site up so when a user logs in they can only access their folder and files. I have changed the security permissions on the folders that i have created within the ftproot folder but made no difference.

 

Any advice would be great
