Mapping a drive to student files on CC3

As I am still pretty poor at trying to work with and around CC3 could someone let me know how I am supposed to map a drive for staff so they can access the students work areas?

 

There are currently no scripts running so I am guessing RM CC3 does it a different way but I can't fine this "easy" solution.

Give staff delegate access via the Management Console, and staff will then be able to browse the users in the management console, view the properties, and then click the Browse icon next to the Home folder path.
