You’ll be responsible for first and second line support of IT infrastructure hardware and systems and you’ll also have the opportunity to partake in various technical and service improvement projects. We are looking or an individual with a good background in first and second line support along with previous experience of Windows, Active Directory and some basic Networking skills. We are fully committed to ensure that you receive all the relevant training to develop you further including external Windows 10 training if required.
