[ms office - 2013] Exchange 2010 - Outlook 2013 - Sent items

Slight problem with this.

 

I have a user who has 3 mailboxes (main, extra and extra 2)

 

When the user is sending an email from extra 1, it will appear in the main account sent items even being sent from extra@ address. (We had to type the extra@ address in the from manually as it wouldn’t pick it up even the user has full mailbox and send permissions.

 

Any ideas?

There is a registry fix for this issue. I’ll see if I can dig it out

Will that work for Exchange 2010? Quick look at it applies to office 365?
