Tables in Word 2016

Having an odd issue with Word and my Head teacher.

 

She has a word document with a graph. It was made by a head at another school.

If she tries to edit the graph by right clicking and selecting Edit Data, she should get a small mini-excel window on Word called Chart in Microsoft Word, but it isn't opening on any of our Admin computers.

 

Works fine on my computer, but mine is standalone. It also runs Office 2016...

 

 

Any ideas what settings must be mis-configured?
