Are you an experienced ICT Technician or Network Manager? Good communicator? Are you looking for a fresh challenge or new ways to apply your skills and knowledge? Do you want to work in a fast-paced sector where the work you do will have an impact on the education of thousands of young people? Then you could be the person we are looking for!

Nexus Associates are a leading, privately owned provider of ICT services. Highly regarded in our field, we want the best people to come work with us and deliver an exemplary experience on the projects we are involved in. You will be working for a company that has been at the forefront of designing and delivering high-quality ICT in schools for over 15 years, that are tailored to each and every unique scenario.

We have been involved in a number of educational ICT programmes including The Academies Programme, BSF and Priority School Build Programmes. We support schools and the construction industry from the technical design through to implementation and beyond. We also work directly with schools and Multi Academy Trusts completing ICT audits, readiness assessments and helping them plan and implement improvements to their infrastructure.

In addition, we support projects in Higher and Further education and other sectors including Art Galleries, Businesses, Leisure Centres, Council Offices and student accommodation, to name a few.

When you aren’t out at meetings or at customer sites, you will be working with colleagues or working from home. To be successful in this role you will be disciplined, motivated with excellent organisation and effective communication skills, with clear ambition and a thirst for personal development. This job requires you being able to travel within the location advertised and the wider local area, with occasional, UK-wide travel being needed. There are also occasions where overnight stays may be necessary. We provide the ability for flexible working around project commitments.

To assist you being successful in this role, we will give you a range of training and development required so you can deliver ICT projects on construction sites and technical, product and vendor training from leading industry vendors.
