HyperV slow file transfers to guest VMs

I have a homelab server which has HyperV on Server 2019 installed and several Server 2019 VMs. However file transfers to the VMs aren't as fast as expected (They start out at about 1000Mbps and drop down to around 400Mbps). However if I transfer a file to the C drive of the HyperV server itself (which is on the same array as the VMs with the issue) transfer speeds are as expected at around 1000Mbps.

If I transfer files between VMs the issue is still present. I read online that Broadcom NetExtreme adapters have issues with VMQ and so I disabled this however nothing changed. All drivers are up to date and all Windows Updates installed.

Has anyone experienced similar issues?

Any help is greatly appreciated

It's slow when transferring between VMs and also from a Windows 10 machine on the same LAN. But when transferring from the Windows 10 machine to the C drive of the host its fine

Thanks

Is that the same as Virtual Machine Queue? As I don't seem to have that option available. I already had VMQ disabled although not on the team Adapter when the issue is present.

I have 2 arrays 1 comprising of 2 SSDs in a RAID 0 which isn't affected and 2 HDDs also in a RAID 0 which are the host OS on the HDD array
