Senior Network Administrator – NE London * URGENT *

Salary – up to £37,000 dependent on experience

Our client, a secondary school in NE London, are currently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to manage, configure and support the network infrastructure, virtual servers, wireless systems, hardware and software installations and security and backups within the school, to ensure the day to day operation of systems runs smoothly and efficiently.

 

Being a key member of the IT Team, the successful candidate will manage a Junior and Senior technician and will benefit someone who is looking to progress in a highly technical lead role, with the ability to work alongside the Chief Operations Officer in planning and leading deployment projects throughout the school.

 

Essential Technical Skills:

 

· Experience of Windows Server 2012 & 2016

· Experience of Windows 7 & 10

· Experience with Virtualised Servers (Hyper-V)

· Experience of Active Directory and Group Policies

· Experience of TCP/IP, DHCP & DNS

· Excellent understanding of Server hardware technology, SANs, LANs & WANs
